Arthur Sass, CPA, Dr. Econ., President, CEO, Director of the Board. He holds a BS/MS in Economics of Petroleum Industry, and a Ph.D. in Economics (both from Russia), he also holds M.Acc. from The University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA.

Tanya Kuritz, Ph.D. (Molecular Biology) is COO. She is Staff Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Adjunct Professor at The University of Tennessee. She brings many years of experience in R&D, operations, and regulatory compliance in biotechnology.
