Arthur Sass, CPA, Dr. Econ., President, CEO, Director of the Board. He holds a BS/MS in Economics of Petroleum Industry, and a Ph.D. in Economics (both from Russia), he also holds M.Acc. from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA.

Tanya Kuritz, Ph.D. (Molecular Biology), COO. She is Senior Staff Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Adjunct Professor at University of Tennessee. She brings many years of experience in R&D, operations, and regulatory compliance in biotechnology.

Harold Bergee, MD, Board Member is a retired physician from Illinois, who had many years of service to community as practicing physician, military physician, professor and member of numerous committees and task forces at the national level. He also volunteered as a "Physicians Without Borders" member and is as widely renown in the US medical community for his contributions to science, medical practice and community.
